Vuss-tush-haidou Shaheedainay Mirrejaa-laikoum Fa-eillum Yaa-kouna Rajou-lainay Farajou-lo'yn Vomra- Aataanay Mimmun Turdhouna Minush Shouha-daa-ay Unn Tadilla Ehdaa-houma Fatou-zakkira Ehdahoumull Oukhra. Vala-yabuss-Shouha-daa-aou Ezaa Ma Doo-ou. Vala-Tuss-a-mou Un-tuktobohou Saghirunn Auo-kabirun Eilaa Ajjalaih. Zaalaikoum Aqsatou Enn-dullahahay Va-aqvamou Lish-Shahadatay Va-adna Alla-turtaabou-illa Untaakouna Teejaratun Hadi-ratun Todirounaha Bainakoum Faalaisa-Alaikoum Jounahunn Alla-tuktobouhaa Va-ash-haidou Ezaa Tabaya'atum Vala Youdhaa-arra Kataiboa'am Vala-shaheed. Va-intafa'alou Fa-innahou Fasokoum Baikoum Vattakoullaha Vayoallaimou-Komoullah Vallahou Baikollay Shai-inn Aleem. (The Cow - 282)
O believers (Muslims) when you borrow from each other for a fixed period you should take it down in writing. And somebody should write down in your presence justly. And the writer should not refuse to write it as Allah has given him the distinction of this literacy. So the writer should be made with the dictation of the person who has the liability. And he(she) should fear Allah who is his (her) Rubb (Sustainer). Never conceal anything out of the correct liability. Whoso is feeble-minded or is unable to understand how to dictate terms then his (her) guardian should dictate justly. And there should be two witnesses from amongst your male persons. But if two men are not available then a man and two women which you chose with liking so that if one woman forgets then other should remind her(the truth) When somebody is asked to witness that (person) should not refuse to give the evidence. Do not make it a burden on you, whatever may be its liability, big or small. Write it down with the perIod fixed (for the repayments). It is more equitable in the Sight of Allah as a more suitable method of evidence and a more convenient process of preventing doubt among you. But if there is a transaction with you deal from hand to hand on the spot amongst yourselves, there is no sin on you, you do not write it. But take always (0ral) witness whenever you make commercial contracts. Neither any writing be defaced nor any witness is changed. If you do such harm it would be your wickedness. And be pious to Allah for what Allah teaches you. And Allah is well aware of everything. (The Cow - 282)
Va-inkontoum Ala Safariw'n Valumm Tajaidou Katibunn Farihanoum Muqbodha. Fa-in-aamina Ba'adokoum Ba'adun Fal-youvaddill-azeeou Tuomina Aamaanatahou Val-yattaqillaha Rubba. Vala-taktomoush Shahadat.
And if you are on a journey and cannot find a writer then let there be an oral pledge by handing over Possession (of trading things as payment). And if any one of you deposits in trust with the others let the trustee discharge his (her) trust and he/she should fear his Allah (Sustainer) and should not conceal true evidence. Whoso conceal it then surely his heart is sinful and Allah knows all your needs. (The Cow - 283)
Innullaha Yamorokoum Un-tavaddoul-aamanatay Elaa-ahliha Va-eza Hakumtoum Bainunnasay Un-tahkomou Bill-addle. Innullaha Niemma Ya-aizokoum Baih. Innullaha Kana Samiam Baseera.(The Woman IV-58)
Surely commands you to deliver back the trust to their owners and when you judge between men judge with justice. Surely Allah advises you best. Surely Allah Hearer, Sees. (The Woman IV-58)
Ya-ayyo-hulla-zeena Aamanou Konou Quavvamina Bil-qistay Shohadaa-aa Lillahay Vaalau-aalah Unfosaikoum Aavill-Valaidainay Vullaqrabeen. Ay'n-yakonn Ghaniyenn Auo-Faqirunn Faullahou Auolaa Beheema.....Fala-tutt-tabaioul-haavaa Un-ta'adaylou Va-in-tulvaa Auo-tou'uraydou Fa-innullaha Kana Baimata'amalouna Khabeer. (The Woman IV-135)
O believers stand firm for justice while giving witness for Allah even though it may be against your own selves or your parents or your kin. And whatever it (witness) Be against rich or poor, Allah is nearer to both of them. Don did not follow the passions and do not fail injustice to tell truth. And if you conceal or avoid (truthful witness) then surely Allah is well aware of what you do. (The Woman IV-135)
Ya-ayyo-hullazeena Aamanou Kono Quavvamina Lillahay Shohadaa-aa Bil-qistay Vala-yejrimunnakoum Shana-aa-nou Quomin Alla Ta'adi-lou Ehdilou .. Houva Aqrabou littaqva Vattakolla. Innullaha khabirom Baima-ta'amaloun.( The Table Spread V-8)
O believers are steadfast in the cause of Allah bearing witness in equity, and let not the hatred of any people incite you that you should become unjust. Always do justice as it is nearest to piety. And the police With Allah. Surely Allah is aware of what you do. (The Table Spread V-8)
Sammaa-oona Lil-kazibay Akkalouna-Lis-sohat. Fa-injaaoka Fahkom Bainahom Auoaa-ridh Unhom Falai'n Yadorroka Shaia. Wa-inhaakamta Fah'h-koum Bainahoum Bilqist. Innullaha Yohib-bol-Mouqsaiteen.( The Table Spread V-42 )
There are habitual to listen to the falsehood and devour forbidden things. if they come to you judge between them or return away from your from them. And if you will turn away from them they will not be able to harm you at all. And if you judge between them then judge with justice. Allah loves the just ones. ( The Table Spread V-42 )
Waakaifa Yoohuqqay-mounaka Waaenda-houmout-tauratou Feeha Houkmoullahay Soumma Yata-voll-launa Mimba'aday Zalik. Vama-oulaaika Bill-momainin.( The Table Spread V-43)
And how they will make you a judge when they have Taurat with them, wherein there is Allah's judgement. Then thereafter, they turn away their faces from the same. And they will not become believers. ( The Table Spread V-43 )
Vakaa-tubna Alaihim Feehaa Un-nafsa Binnafsay Vull-ai'ina Bil-ai'inay Vull-unfaa Bill-unfaay Vull-ouzana Bill-ouzanay Vuss-sinna Biss-sinnay Vull-jouroha Qisass. Famun Tasadda-qa Bayhee Fahoova Kaffara-toulla. Vaamullam Yah'hkoum Baimaa Unzalullahou Fa-oolaaika Homouzzalaimoun.( The Table Spread V-45 )
And We (Allah) made obligatory on the init (for jews in Tourat) a person be executed (in retaliation for a murdered person) and an eye for an eye and a nose for a nose and an ear for an ear and a tooth for a tooth and for other injuries similar (injuries) as Qisas (equal retaliation as tit for tat). Then whoso waives its compensation with happy heart then that will be the restitution (for such crime). and whoso does not judge according to what Allah has revealed to them they are the people who will be cruel. ( The Table Spread V-45 ).

On the day when their tongues and their hands and their feet will bear witness against them as to what they used to do. ( The Light XXIV-24)
